latest paintings from the piano lady

The rose picture took the longest time and I really like it.

The ship is the replica of the Mayflower that is parked at Plymouth Rock. I took a picture when I was there. However the landscape is not commercial like the picture I took.
The last is a study in black and white that my art teacher wanted us to do.

Hello, no pictures this time I am just seeing if I can still get to the right spot. Just want everyone to know how much I loved having everyone for the Christmas party and want to thank everyone for the lovely gifts and the food contributions. I can see that everyone got pictures of the 16 greats. I show mine off all the time. It is so cute. I have two christmas decorations to put away and then all that is left is the village and that is going to stay for a while actually until Jeremy and Danica come to dinner and put it away for me. The art work will come out again next week. I am planning on having a great 2009. I already have my garden seed order figured out. Hope that all of you will come by and visit. If you let me know when I will come up with something to eat. Well I will see if this stays.

Sorry I have not done anything for a while but I had to have a refresher course. The cows might be in the next picture that I try. I took one to the fair yesterday and if I get any kind of a ribbon I will photo it and put it on. I entered to get comments from the judges, not particularly planning on any ribbon. Fairs are funny, one year when I worked at the fair the art judges only gave 8 ribbons total. Some times there are new judges every year.

My recent pictures

This was to be a black and white picure. It is not all there because it is framed and we didn't take the whole thing. It is watercolor the teacher liked it.

This is my latest picture - she also liked this one.

I am working on a nighttime Boston Harbor picture that will take me a while and also a replica of the Mayflower. I took both of the pictures on a trip to the east a couple of years ago .

Hello!
